Whether she’s conducting research projects or she’s offering strategy consultancy to her clients, Adina has one mission: to help companies fulfill their vision by connecting with the consumer truth. She believes that building a relationship with the consumer is only possible with a deep understanding of the human being behind the “consumer”. Adina Nica has an extensive experience, as a researcher in Mercury and Synovate where she managed over a hundred researchers and more than 400 projects, but also as Research Manager in Raiffeisen Bank and Strategy Consultant in The Network. She conducted the first neuromarketing studies in Romania using fMRI. Also, she is Professor in IAA School and jury moderator in the Effie Awards.
