Elena started her professional journey 20 years ago, within Unilever South Central Europe and Coca-Cola Company. Her experience is focused on supporting leading FMCG, IT, and services companies. She develops projects which bring multidimensional transformation at strategy, portfolio, brand, communication, team and regional levels, both in multinational and entrepreneurial environments. The success she build, together with team collaborators, has been acknowledged by Effie and Internetics awards and validated through sustainable business performance. One of her strong beliefs is continuously balancing experience with knowledge evolution. She holds a Ph.D. degree in business strategies for emerging markets and in the last decade she frequently attended CannesLions, as a main source of further over-achievement inspiration. More over, it is also her passion for sport and music, that nurtures her marketing work.
