Anca Roman is the General Manager of ESGrow agency, which is specialized PR, marketing, consultancy and training in sustainability area.
Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavour, Anca had more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communication and PR in well-known multinational companies (PepsiCo, Henkel, Warner Bros., Cartoon Network, FrieslandCampina Romania).
In the last 5 of the 11 years with FriesnaldCampina, Anca was Corporate Affairs & Communication Manager and coordinated the communication and sustainability strategy of the company and the Napolact brand.
She was part of the team that, based on a long-term vision, developed strategies that tripled the brand's sales and led to the transformation of Napolact as an authentic Romanian brand, a leader in the dairy industry and one of the landmark brands in FMCG. Anca is the initiator of the local sustainability strategy for Napolact.
She is a graduate of London Business School - Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility and has recently completed a mini-MBA - in-depth studies of EUROPEAN ESG EXPERT & CONSULTANT within the "JEAN BART" International Honorary Chair, a project founded in partnership with the Romanian Academy.
