I am a marketing professional with 14 years of experience in various market verticals like real estate, financial services and oil & gas retail, with a broad understanding of both B2B and B2C communication strategies. I am currently in charge with the marketing and communications activities for all MOL Romania Retail brands – fuel (EVO & EVO Plus), services, gastro (Fresh Corner) and also with the coordination of MOL Romania’s loyalty program, one of the biggest and oldest schemes of its type. My core expertise includes delivering integrated marketing campaigns, market research & insights, customer loyalty & retention schemes. Digital is also an important part of my activity and the biggest challenge since it covers not only the digital communication strategy but also complex transformation projects with the purpose of changing the experience of our customers no matter if we are talking about end users of our products or internal stakeholders.
