With over 25 years of experience in Marcom, 
Elena is an industry expert. For 12 years, she made a significant contribution to the success of several P&G brands, with a particular focus on Beauty,
Personal Grooming, and Oral Care categories. During this period, she assessed and anticipated the potential of initiatives to increase market share and recommended strategic actions and local activations.


Over the past 13 years, she has successfully created and implemented marketing and communication campaigns in the retail sector for Real and Auchan. One of her standout projects in recent years is the communication campaign for the launch of the MyCLUB Auchan loyalty program and in the last year the price image enhancement.

If she were to choose a defining project in her career, it would be "Untamed Romania", a documentary about Romania's wild nature. The film set audience records in theaters, won numerous international awards, and is currently available on platforms like Prime and Netflix.


Elena is the kind of person who has turned her childhood dreams into reality. She enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures and the history of the places she visits, and is passionate about flying—a dream she realized years ago when she worked in the aviation industry.
