Raluca is L’Oréal Global Ecommerce University Director, the people development program created as the main enabler to support the ecommerce transformation of the company.
In this role Raluca is working to develop the right ecommerce capabilities and expertise for L’Oréal digital and ecommerce experts as well as everyone in the company involved in ecommerce acceleration at global level and also together with the zones Europe, North America, North Asia, South America, South Asia Pacific-Middle East-North Africa.
Her focus is on the biggest ecommerce clients of the company: Amazon, TikTok Shop, O+O players, beauty players and own ecommerce websites as well as on ecommerce transversal rising topics such as social commerce, retail media, retail data.
