Working in online marketing and advertising for over 13 years as Senior Strategist and Head of Strategy, Dana practiced communication problem-solving and contributed to growing the business & awards portfolios of agencies like Kinecto/Isobar, Grey/G2/Geometry, Publicis, and GMP+Webstyler.

Since 2018 she is an independent communication consultant, serving primarily the nonprofit sector and only a few companies that can prove their social responsibility missions with measurable positive impact. She is also part of the Code for Romania management team and a Co-founder at Commit Global, an international organization that scales civic tech infrastructure.

Formally educated in tech, political science, clinical psychology and psychotherapy, Dana recently opened her own mental health private practice continuing to find solutions to life’s toughest challenges and serving the vulnerable.
