Formally educated in tech, political science and psychology, Dana worked in online marketing and advertising as Senior Strategist and Head of Strategy for 13 years. She sharpened her skills in communication problem-solving, grew the business & awards portfolios of agencies like Kinecto/Isobar, Grey/G2/Geometry, Publicis, GMP+Webstyler and moved on.

Since 2018 she is an independent communication consultant, focusing primarily on the nonprofit sector. She is also part of the Code for Romania management team (pro-bono), a Co-founder at Commit Global and a psychotherapist at her own private practice.
