Mădălina is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Flip.ro, a thoughtfully crafted venture in the refurbished electronics market. Flip.ro has emerged as one of Romania's most promising tech startups. Mădălina's goal is to establish Flip as a leading brand across the region, a vision that has already materialized with successful expansions into Bulgaria, Hungary and Greece. Her aim is to position Flip as the expert in aspirational pre-owned electronics in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market.

Before joining Flip, Mădălina played a pivotal role in driving digital marketing growth for IQOS. She was instrumental in building a dynamic team from the ground up. Prior to this, Mădălina accumulated extensive experience in brand management roles, both in Romania and abroad, further solidifying her expertise and versatility in the field.
