With a 20+ years experience in Communications and Marketing, Raluca has led the Digital Communications team at PPC Romania for the last year, following the role of Head of Media for the former Enel group of companies in Romania.
The biggest challenge of the last year: the rebranding of all digital assets within the PPC group of companies, following the completion of the acquisition of Enel's activities in Romania – 200+ systems and platforms, within a 6-months timeframe, while ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Raluca loves building and leading exceptional teams, in a highly dynamic and creative environment. She defines strategies, as well as structures and processes, in order to create a world in which all people experience good, positive challenges, which enrich their lives.
