Vlad is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of expertise in Marketing and Advertising, particularly within the tech, gaming, and creative industries.

As the Co-founder and Managing Partner of KUBIS, one of Romania’s leading independent full-service communication agencies, Vlad has also served as the CMO and Board Member of Amber, a global end-to-end game development company with over 1,200 professionals across four continents.

Vlad has initiated and developed digital hubs for global advertising groups such as BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi. He is actively engaged in the EMEA tech startup ecosystem as the co-founder of AiGIA, a secure AI Health infrastructure, and an angel investor in established companies focused on Mar-tech and Web3. Additionally, he mentors young startup founders.

Vlad is a notable figure in the advertising industry, serving as a Board Member of the International Advertising Association and CommUnity International, a prominent independent network of creative agencies in the EU.

He has significantly contributed to the growth of the local advertising industry as a professor at the IAA School, a jury member in top advertising competitions, and a speaker on trending topics related to Tech, Entrepreneurship, AI, and Web3.

Vlad is also deeply involved in his local community, serving as a Rotary International Officer responsible for Rotary Public Image in eleven regional countries.
