Aura Toma is Head of Marketing for Visa across Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Slovenia, bringing more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications, including 18 years in senior management roles within both advertising organizations and corporations. In her current role, Aura leads Visa’s marketing strategy and activities across the four markets, with a focus on building brand relevance, driving business growth, and creating impactful partnerships with clients.
Aura is a regular jury member in local and global Effie Awards competitions, as well as in other digital and advertising industry competitions, contributing her expertise to the evaluation of some of the industry’s most impactful and effective marketing campaigns.
