Juraj Kováč, Creative & Strategy Director at THIS IS LOCCO and President of ADC Slovakia will serve as the Jury Chair for the 24th edition of Internetics, a competition by The Institute.


I am truly excited and honored to serve as the Jury Chair for this year's Internetics Awards, and can’t wait to see the very best in Romanian online communication. For years, I have admired Romania's incredible creativity and innovation, with many of the country's campaigns ranking among my all-time favorites. The American takeover of ROM candy bar is my go-to case study for working with traditional products in innovative ways, to name one. I look forward to recognizing the outstanding work of the talented individuals and teams who continue to push the boundaries of digital advertising in Romania“ - said Juraj.

Juraj is one of the most awarded creatives in region with 250+ awards in recent years both for creativity and effectivity spanning from Global Grand Effie, Euro Effies, Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Epica or Golden Drum to name a few. His work is known to blend newest technology and pop culture in unexpected ways.

Under his creative and strategic leadership, his independent agency THIS IS LOCCO has been named Slovakia's top digital agency last three years in a row, and country's best ad agency in 2022 and 2023.
He is also the President of the Art Directors Club Slovakia, where he is dedicated to fostering the country's creative community.

The Internetics 2024 jury brings together 98 jurors: digital marketing and online communication specialists, research and media experts, independent consultants, and representatives from online consultancy boutiques in Romania. The members represent a diverse mix of industries, including retail, telecom, FMCG, e-commerce, financial services, technology and apps, real estate, and others. All jury members can be seen here.

The judging process takes place in two rounds: an initial individual online evaluation, which determines the Internetics 2024 nominees, and a second round where the jurors will meet to determine the trophies for each section. The meetings to determine the winners of the Internetics 2024 competition will be led by Juraj Kováč - Internetics 2024 Jury Chair.

The 24th edition runs under the message "Internetics. Update your clout." showcasing how the Internetics festival updates the online image and prestige of everyone involved: participants, jurors - the agencies and the value of their portfolio, as well as the brands they work for.
The Internetics 2024 Awards Gala will take place on November 25th.
