In November 2010 Mark Joined McCann Worldgroup in Europe as Chief Technology Catalyst, focusing on delivering innovation and technology enablement for global clients including L'Oreal, MasterCard, Coke, Nestle and Nespresso. This has involved understanding the future vision for each organization and working with the agency and clients on defining the role that technology can play across new and emerging platforms and how to build a roadmap that can redefine business models.
Mark, along with the Technology Catalyst team worldwide, is also involved with working on defining and setting core trends with clients. This includes writing specific white papers on future forecasting around new technologies and also doing specific workshops and tours at key events such as the Consumer Electronics Show and Mobile World Congress.
From 2012 Mark, also took on the role of Telecoms lead for EMEA which involves working across various Mobile Network Operator clients, as well as with consumer brands, looking to leverage the mobile ecosystem for business advantage, especially in the areas of data, social utility, health and wellness and location services to deliver innovative client marketing and distribution solutions.
The judging is held online and offline, with a final meeting with the Jury President and all the judges, in order to establish the awards for each section and category.
